description
TECHNICAL AREA
The present invention relates to a support member for a railing. Such a support member is used for example in construction for attaching a counter railing on a wall formwork arrangement.
STATE OF THE ART
Wall formworks represent forms in which, for example, concrete is poured for the production of concrete walls. If the concrete has cured after some time, the formwork can be removed and the concrete wall exposed.
Such wall formworks are provided free-standing before and after filling with concrete. In order to allow a worker access to an upper portion of the wall formwork, it is known to provide such wall formwork elements with webs on which a worker can move. For reasons of safety at work, however, such a bridge must be secured with a railing.
In the prior art, therefore, various measures are known to screw a railing, for example, on the wall formwork. However, it is currently only possible to install such a railing in the standing state of the wall formwork. When installing the railing, the worker is thus in a danger zone, which he must first secure.
SCOPE OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a support member for a railing, with which the aforementioned problems are to be solved. In particular, the present invention has the object to provide a support member for a railing, which can already be mounted in the lying state of the wall formwork arrangement on this, with subsequent customary handling of the wall formwork arrangement should be possible.
The object of the invention is achieved by a support member according to claim 1. Further preferred embodiments can be found in the dependent claims.
It is the core idea of the present invention to provide a support member for a railing, which is fixed to a wall formwork arrangement, and allows pivoting of the attached to the support member railing. In this case, a guide of the support part before various defined positions of the railing.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention extends through the guide of the guide member and an opening of the holder, a movable pin member, and the holder is pivotally mounted with another, fixed to the guide element pin member on the guide element. By this mechanism several orientations of the holder are achieved relative to the guide.
In another embodiment, a retaining element, in particular a shaped spring, attached to the holder, with which the movable pin member can be held in one position. In this way, the handling of the present device is facilitated. In particular, a worker may successively adjust the movable pin members of two support members, and subsequently reposition the support. For the retention of the movable pin member in a position which allows pivoting, the retaining element in particular has a projection which is produced, for example, by forming the retaining element.
In one embodiment, the guide preferably has further guide sections in addition to a vertical and an inclined guide section. These connect the leaders 1/17
Merreöiise-ts piiesSasnt AT13 583U1 2014-04-15 sections. One of the further guide sections, in particular the upper of the further guide sections, is V-shaped or wedge-shaped. By this shape, the held by the projection of the retaining element, the movable pin member is pressed during pivoting of the holder in one direction, whereby the movable pin member is no longer held by the projection.
Further, in one embodiment, a base plate with a locking portion for attachment to a wall formwork arrangement may be attached to the guide element. In this way, the guide element can be positioned on the wall formwork arrangement and possibly also held.
According to a preferred embodiment, a cover plate is provided on an upper portion of the guide element, which cover plate has an opening through which passes the holder. Through the cover plate no foreign objects can get into the guide element. In particular, the cover plate is loose, and is held over the guided through the opening holder. In this way, the pivoting of the holder is made possible, but at the same time the guide element covered by this direction.
In addition to a support member, the present invention is also directed to a railing with at least two support members. In this case, the railing is supported by the support members and is pivotable by the mechanism described above. The railing with at least two support parts is particularly suitable as a counter railing on a wall formwork arrangement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. Elements of the individual embodiments that are similar or identical to each other are provided with the same reference numeral. Other elements in which the individual embodiments differ from one another can also be combined with one another as desired in order to form further new embodiments. This also relates to other modifications explained in relation to the individual embodiments. In this context, it should generally be noted that terms such as "top", "bottom", "vertical", "bottom", "bottom", "vertical", "bottom", "bottom", "bottom", "bottom", "bottom", and "bottom". and "horizontal" refer to the orientation of a support member 1 shown in Figure 2. This coincides with the mounted on a vertically mounted Wandschaldunganordnung support member (see, for example, Figure 7).
In Figure 1, a support member 1 for a railing is shown in a perspective view. The mounting part 1 has a fastening device 2, which in the present embodiment comprises a mounting base 3 and a claw 4 that is movable relative to the mounting base 3.
As can be seen from the sectional view of Figure 3, the claw 4 hereby extends in sections within the mounting base 3, and forms in the portion which is located outside of the mounting base 3, an engagement portion. This engagement portion comes in the attachment of the support member 1 to a wall formwork arrangement 100 with this in contact (see, for example, Figure 6).
In the claw 4, an elongated opening 4a is provided which at least partially coincides with an elongated opening 3a of the mounting base 3. A wedge 5 can pass through the elongated openings 3a, 4a, and bring about a fixation of the support member 1 to a wall formwork arrangement by a displacement of the claw 4 to the mounting base 3.
The mounting base 3 is mounted laterally on a guide member 11 of the support member 1, wherein the guide member 11 is formed like a housing. At a lower portion of the guide member 11, which faces in the direction of the claw 4, a base plate 10 is provided. The base plate 10 has a locking portion 10 a on the side of the base plate 10 facing away from the mounting base 3. The locking portion 10 a represents a projection used for aligning the support part 1 with a portion 101 of the wall formwork assembly 100.
In this case, the locking portion 10a, as shown in the present embodiment, for example, by forming the base plate 10 are formed. However, it is also possible to partially remove the base plate, and thus form a locking portion 10a.
In the guide member 11 11 guides 12, 12 'are introduced as recesses on opposite side surfaces of the guide element. The guides 12, 12 'are aligned with each other when the guide member 11 is viewed laterally (see Figure 2).
For the sake of clarity, only the guide 12 will be explained below. However, the same applies to the guide 12 '.
The guide 12 is divided into several sections. A vertical guide portion 12a extends in a vertical direction on the side of the guide member 11, and an inclined guide portion 12d extends adjacent to the vertical guide portion 12a. The vertical guide portion 12a, as explained later in detail, provides a vertical / vertical orientation of the railing G, while the inclined guide portion 12d defines an inclined orientation of the railing G.
The vertical guide portion 12a and the inclined guide portion 12d are connected by a connecting portion 12b, 12c. This connecting portion 12b, 12c has a V-shaped side wall 12b, and a more rectilinear or slightly curved side wall 12c, which form the opening of the connecting portion therebetween.
Further, the support member 1 comprises a holder 13, which is formed in the present embodiment as a hollow profile. The bracket 13 extends in sections within the guide member 11, and is pivotally connected to the guide member 11 with a fixed pin member 17. In this case, the pin member 17 extends through a side wall of the guide member 11, through the bracket 13 and another side wall of the Führungsele- 3/17
AT13 583U1 2014-04-15 ments 11.
As shown in detail in Figure 3, the holder 13 has an elongated opening 13a, which - when the holder 13 is vertically aligned - with the vertical guide portion 12a of the guide 12 (and the vertical guide portion 12a 'of the guide 12' ) substantially covers.
Through the guides 12, 12 'and the elongated opening 13a, a movable pin member 14 is guided, which is supported on the two opposite side walls of the guide member 11 via a washer 14a, but along the guide 12 and the elongated opening 13a of the holder 13 can be moved. The functions of the pin member 14 and the possibility of inclining the holder 13 relative to the guide member 11 will be described later in detail.
Within the holder 13, a form spring (retaining member) 15 is fixed to the inside and extends in sections in an oblique orientation within the holder 13. The form spring 15 has a projection 15a, which in a vertical orientation of the holder 13 in a side view viewed through the coverage area of the vertical guide 12, 12a 'and the elongated opening 13a extends. This protrusion 15a has been produced in the present embodiment, for example, by reshaping the form spring 15, but may be formed by attaching a separate element to the form spring 15.
On the holder 13, a railing receptacle 16 is provided on a portion located outside of the guide member 11, in which a portion of the railing G shown in Figures 7 and 8 can be inserted.
Further, the holder 13 passes outside the guide member 11 through an opening 18a of a cover plate 18. The opening 18a is dimensioned such that the pivotal movement of the holder 13 described later is possible, but at the same time the upper portion of the guide member 11 is covered. Accordingly, no foreign objects can get into the interior of the guide element 11.
In FIGS. 6-8, the support part 1 is mounted on a wall formwork arrangement 100. Here, the base plate 10 of the support member 1 rests on a horizontal portion 101 of the wall formwork assembly 100, and the claw 4 engages around this horizontal portion 101 of the wall formwork assembly 100. Further, the support member 1 is on a side opposite the fastening means 2 side with the locking portion 10a against the wall formwork arrangement 100 supported. In this state, thus, the base plate 10 and the guide member 11 are fixed to the wall formwork assembly 100, and the guide member 11 extends in a vertical direction.
Hereinafter, the possibility of inclination or pivoting of the holder 13 relative to the guide member 11 will be described in detail.
In Figures 1-4, the movable pin member 14 is in its normal position. This is a lower portion of the vertical guide portion 12a, 12a 'of the guide 12, 12'. Since the pin member 14 is movable in the guide 12, 12 'and elongated opening 13a of the holder 13, the movable pin member 14 falls by gravity to a lower portion of the vertical guide portion 12a, 12a' and the elongated opening 13a.
To adjust the holder 13, the pin member 14 is guided in a vertical direction upwards (ie along the vertical guide portion 12a, 12a 'and the elongated opening 13a). At an upper portion of the vertical guide portion 12a, 12a 'and the elongated opening 13a, the movable pin member 14 comes into contact with the shape spring 15, particularly the projection 15a of the shape spring 15.
By the adjusting movement of the movable pin member 14, the form spring 15 is elastically deflected.
[0046] If the movable pin element 14 is at the topmost portion of the vertical guide; Tion 12a and the elongated opening 13a, the movable pin member 14 is held by the projection 15a of the spring 15 in this position (see Figure 5).
In this situation, the bracket 13 with the movable pin member 14 is supported only on a side wall of the guide 12, 12 'in a horizontal direction, and is movable in the direction of the connecting portion 12b, 12c (12b', 12c ') , Therefore, the holder can be guided along the connecting portion 12b, 12c (12b ', 12c') of the guide 12, 12 'via a pivotal movement in which the fixed pin member 17 constitutes the fulcrum.
After the upper portion 12b, 12b 'of the connecting portion of the guide 12, 12' has a wedge-shaped shape, the movable pin member 14 is pressed during the pivotal movement of the holder 13 via the projection 15a of the shaped spring 15. In other words, the projection 15a no longer holds the movable pin member 14, but the pin member 14 rests only on the lower portion 12c, 12c 'of the connecting portion.
By the described movement, the movable pin member 14 is effectively stripped from the projection 15a, and thus can according to gravity in the inclined guide portion 12d, 12d 'fall. In this situation, the guide element 11 is now in the position shown in FIG.
As shown in Figures 7 and 8, a railing G is attached to the bracket 13. For this purpose, struts 111 are inserted into the holders 13 of two holder parts 1, each strut 111 having further railing receivers 112, 113. In the railing receivers 16, 112, 113, the railing G is inserted.
However, it should be noted that the attachment of the railing on the support member 1 can also be performed in other ways. For example, it is also possible to fix a railing G directly to the holder 13. It is also possible that the holder 13 further extends in a vertical direction, and thus forms the strut 111 as an integral component.
Between the support members 1 shown in Figure 7 receiving elements 120 are mounted on the wall formwork assembly 100, which are provided with ring elements 121. By the ring members 121, a chain 122 is guided, which is for example carried by a crane. In this way, the wall formwork arrangement can be raised in the horizontal state, and brought by the lifting in a vertical orientation. The railing is so far beab- by the adapter according to the invention from the formwork element that the abutment means rests against the lower railing frame and this possibly slightly elastically deformed when the entire unit is vertically suspended from the chain. It does not matter on which side the formwork lies on the ground.
FIG. 9 shows a second embodiment of the mounting part 1A according to the invention. The support part 1A according to the second embodiment is substantially different from the support part 1 of the first embodiment in that an alternative attachment means 2A is used for fixing the support part 1A to a wall formwork arrangement.
In this case, the fastening device 2A of the second embodiment comprises a mounting base 3A, which is presently designed as a hollow profile. Attached to the mounting base 3A are a plurality of brackets 3A1, 3A2 that allow support against a portion of a wall formwork assembly 100 in a horizontal direction. Further, the attachment means 2A comprises a wedge member 5A1 which passes through a pin 5A2 extending through the attachment base 3A in a horizontal direction. The pin member 5A2 is provided with a plate 5A3 which can be fixed to the holders 3A1, 3A2 by an adjustment movement of the key 5A1 through an opening of the pin 5A2, thus enabling attachment of the holder member 1A to a vertical support of a wall formwork assembly 100.
In Figure 10, a third embodiment of a support member 1B is shown, which is in 5/17
MirreicfcIts jBfSksitiat AT 13 583 U1 2014-04-15
Essentially differs by the fastening device 2B of the first embodiment.
Here, the fastening device 2B has a mounting base 3B, which extends from a lower portion of the guide member 11 of the support member 1B and is supported in the present embodiment by additional struts 3B1 on a side wall of the guide member 11.
Along the attachment base 3B, a pin 5B2 is movable, which has a claw 5B3 on one side, and communicates with a plate 5B4 on the other side of the attachment base 3B. By a wedge 5B1 which can be passed through an opening of the pin 5B2, the unit of the elements 5B1-5B4 can be locked at a certain position of the mounting base 3B against a portion of a wall formwork arrangement.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various support members 1, 1A, 1B described in this embodiment may also be mounted in combination with one another on a wall formwork arrangement. 17.6
